Varathane Sanding Sealer seals wood pores and provides a surface that can be easily sanded. It is suitable for use for all interior projects such as furniture, doors, cabinets and trim. It dries clear and provides the convenience of easy soap and water clean‐up. Varathane Sanding Sealer is a universal sanding sealer that can be used under any wood finish, including oil or Water Based polyurethanes, as well as lacquer or shellac finishes, or it is suitable as a base finish coat. It is not recommended for linoleum, vinyl or glazed tile, or metal surfaces.
