Zinsser Bulls‐Eye Water‐Base is a water‐based acrylic primer/sealer designed for application to interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings and related paintable surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to gloss enamels and clear finishes, hardboard, glass and tile, Formica, Masonite, PVC, fiberglass and ceramic tile. It provides flash rust resistance in its ‘wet state’ when coating iron railings, steel frames, piping, etc. It seals porous surfaces including drywall and masonry. Bulls‐Eye Water‐Base resists grain raise on new woods and sands easily to a smooth surface. A single coat of Bulls‐Eye Base will hide dark colors and seal porous surfaces. It can be tinted toward the topcoat color for better consistency in color and sheen to extend the topcoat coverage. Bulls‐Eye Water‐Base is an excellent universal base coat for full surface interior applications by brush, roller, or spray.
