Purdy’s white bristle brushes provide an ultra smooth finish and are designed for use with oil-based paints, stains and clears. White bristle brushes are effective with fine oil-based paints, stains varnishes, shellacs, lacquers and polyurethanes. The stiffness retention from the polyester content makes this brush is highly effective for exterior painting in hot and humid conditions. Its filaments are tipped and flagged by a special process to make them as close to naturally flagged bristles as possible. For woodwork, furniture, marine or any other application that calls for an extremely smooth finish, these brushes will give outstanding results.
